What are your shipping options?

The delivery time depends on several factors, including the shipping method selected, your location, and the availability of the items you've ordered. Generally, orders shipped via standard shipping arrive within 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping may take 3-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to select destinations. However, please note that international shipping may incur additional fees and longer delivery times due to customs clearance processes. For more information on international shipping options and rates, please contact us.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier's website to monitor the status of your delivery.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived on time?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the shipping address for your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my international order?
Taxes and duties may be imposed by your country's customs authorities on imported goods. These charges are typically calculated based on the declared value of the items in your order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that tax and duty rates vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
These are not calculated by Eiya Designs and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Return & Refunds

At Eiya Designs we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you wish to return an item, please read our online return policy carefully:

If you would like to exchange or return for any reason, you’ll have 30 days after you received the order to applied. Returns attempted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

All item(s) must be returned in the original package and must have the same conditions in which they were received, including parts, accessories, and labels attached to it without alteration, unwashed, unstained, damaged free, and unused.

Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for store credit or a refund.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its hang tag) will not be processed and will be sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for the shipment costs of returns or exchanges. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost-effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.

To process an exchange or refund, please contact us immediately to verify your order. After your purchase is verified, send us back the original merchandise and once we receive the item, we will then process the refund.

Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes. The original delivery fees are not refundable. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase. Once the money has been refunded, It will take 5 business days for the money to be deposited in your account

Finale Sales

Please be advised that certain items purchased through our website are marked as "final sale." This means that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective.

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased at a regular price before the start of any sale.
